If it isn’t Love

It amazes me that I can remember every word of certain songs from my childhood.  Yesterday I was watching the New Edition story on BET.com.  It is the story of one of my favorite music groups from my teenage years.

As the show opened, they were singing and practicing a routine to Isn’t love.  Not only did I know every word, I knew the dance moves too! 

Picture this: here I am dancing around my living room, singing at the top of my lungs. By the end of the song I was a little out of breath but I was suddenly so happy!  My body was shaking with joy.

Music has a wonderful way to help us get happy for no reason at all.  What are your favorites songs from your childhood?  You know, the ones that make you smile for no reason at all.
