Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate is one of my favorite pleasures. Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants which are essential for healthy cells and cell repair in the anti-aging process. The truffles are sweet and satisfying because they are filled with fiber from the oats. This sweet treat also balances blood sugar while lowering cholesterol at the same time. Just remember, don’t eat too many even though you will want to! Makes 24 truffles.
