This book seems simple...seems simple, but it is life-changing. It’s not the same call to gratitude that seems all the range these days. Instead, this book connects gratitude to my health and well-being—physical as well as mental health. It makes me genuinely think about gratitude instead of repeating a few platitudes. I love the format also—each day there’s a place to list my objects of gratitude, and it’s followed by an exercise that compels us to perform a simple act of gratitude. So it’s a book/journal of action, not just reflection.
